Round 1: 18 sc in ring. End with sl st in first sc. Don’t pull the magic ring too tight!

Round 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in same stitch. *Ch 12, 1 sc in next sc and in each of the next 2 sc*. Repeat from * to * around. End with 2 sc, sl st in first sc of this round.

Round 3: *In ch 12 sp: 9 sc, ch 10, 9 sc. 1 sc in 2nd sc of the 3 sc group from round 2*. Repeat from * to * around. End with sl st in first sc of this round.

Round 4: Sl st in next 3 sc, ch 4. *In the following stitches: 1 dc, 1 hdc, 3 sc. In ch 10 sp: 7 sc, ch 8, 7 sc. In the following stitches: 3 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr. Skip 7 sc, 1 tr in next sc*. Repeat from * to * around. End with sl st in 4th ch of the first ch 4.

Round 5: Ch 3, *skip 3 stitches, 1 dc in next. Skip 3 sc, 1 dc in next sc. Ch 3, 1 dc in next sc. In ch 10 sp: 1 dc, 1 hdc, 5 sc, ch 5, 1 dc in 3rd ch from hook, ch 1, 1 dc in first ch of ch 5, ch 5, 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch 2, 1 dc in first ch of ch 5, ch 5, 1 dc in 3rd ch from hook, ch 1, 1 dc in first ch of ch 5, 5 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc.
